I am so completely impressed with all the services available at such a great price. Compression therapy and float therapy are my go to treatments after workouts, traveling or tiresome tasks. Today, after a longer than usual tread session, my lower back and hamstrings were TIGHT and painful. I immediately went for the compression therapy and Cheri and Stacie suggested I come back for a cryo-soothing session for localized pain and inflammation later in the afternoon. By the time I returned, after compression , I was already experiencing relief. The cryo session with Janya was incredible and relieved any lingering discomfort.
