I love this place. I have been going to Zivel for months now, and can't say enough good things about it. The staff, particularly Kare, Candice and Lauren are all so friendly and helpful. The owners, Joe and Cheri are also great. The spa offers a number of different services, and I have meshed into a regular routine here. My sleep is improved, as is my eczema. I feel much better coming to Zivel, and highly recommend this establishment. Thanks, folks.

This location is the best. Candace greets me with a smile every time. Kare has been absolutely amazing since my first time there. She made sure to answer all my questions and explain all the options to me. Kare is truly passionate about helping me achieving my goals and that means a lot. I don’t feel like just a customer there. Candace and Kare give amazing personalized customer service. These two are the reason I drive all the way to this location in Rogers. Thank you Candace and Kare!

Around the holidays, like most people, I spent my time around an abundance of food, family, and festivities. Overindulgence is a consistent theme during this time of the year. Their state of the art equipment and variety of services are sure to deliver no matter what needs you have. From Cryo, to saunas, red light therapy, cold tank, etc... the list goes on and on. You will always leave refreshed and relaxed. But it isn't the equipment or the results that leave the lasting impression and makes you excited to come back, it's the people. After a personalized meet and greet with the owner, I was placed in the great hands of Candace and Kare and the rest is history. Candace welcomes you in with a warm smile and enthusiastic presence that makes you feel like you are their top client. She takes time to get to know you and ensure you are well taken care of. The conversations are always thoughtful and present and guarantees to have you looking forward to your next visit. Kare is nothing short of exceptional. After a thorough tour of all their offerings, she takes her time to better understand your needs and goals. Her personality and positivity radiates thru the entire office and makes you feel like you are in the best hands possible. She is someone who cares deeply about her clients and wants them to have an elevated experience that leaves a lasting impression. You come in for the treatments, but you stay because of her. In a world where customer service is hard to find, the Zivel team has raised the bar. I can honestly say that my time spent there has been nothing short of incredible and I would encourage you to go see for yourself.
