Dear Zivel, What an amazing experience! As a first-time visitor, I was truly impressed by how beautiful, clean, and inviting your facility is. Carolina was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about all the amenities, which made my visit even better. I’m grateful for the opportunity to experience this space, and I will definitely be sharing it with my friends and family. The environment felt peaceful, sacred, and truly special. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I walked Into Zivel. I absolutely loved the concept, especially because I don’t like to sit still. So everything in there is three minutes in the cold room, which is my favorite all-time favorite room. Especially because you can dance in there oh my God I love that. And then I floated and relaxed for 20 minutes and then I did the infrared for 10 minutes and then I did Isomething that squeezed my hips and my thighs so much that I loved it. You have to go and try it. It’s my new go to. The staff is amazing. The rooms are super clean and you just feel very comfortable and you walk out of their feeling at least 10 years younger.

I went in for a wellness day and ended up trying almost everything—cryotherapy, red light therapy, lymphatic drainage, sauna, and the dry float. Honestly, I loved it all. The space feels super chill and clean, and the staff is really friendly and helpful. I left feeling totally relaxed and recharged. Definitely coming back soon!

I’ve been truly impressed with Zivel Hollywood. On my very first visit I arrived with my lip very swollen because I had accidentally bitten it earlier that day. Without really knowing, I went into the Red Light Therapy just because I wanted to try all the services, and I walked out with the swelling almost completely gone. From the moment I started the session I could feel improvement, and about 15 minutes later the result was honestly amazing. After that I did cryotherapy 2 mins and it finished reducing the inflammation even more. From that day on, Zivel Hollywood became part of my routine. I also love the compression therapy, I play tennis and it really helps my recovery. The dry float helps me rest, relax and lower my stress levels. I honestly can’t pick a favorite because I enjoy every service. I’m also excited to try the cryo facials since I see everyone loves them, and I’ll definitely share another review after, but so far I absolutely love my experience!
